MAX WADUM joined PCGA as an Analyst after working with Piper Jaffray, a middle market investment bank and institutional securities firm. While at Piper, Max was responsible for executing merger & acquisition and financing transactions, preparing strategy and marketing materials and conducting due diligence and industry research in the Internet, semiconductor and clean technology sectors. Prior to his time at Piper, Max worked on the trading desk of UBS’s cash management team where he helped monitor and manage corporate cash accounts. Max graduated with a Bachelors Degree in Business Administration from the University of Washington.

Growing up in Seattle, Max has taken full advantage of the lakes and mountains Washington has to offer. Involved in water sports of all types at an early age, Max found a passion in wakeboarding that he continues to pursue today. Also an avid tennis player, he especially enjoys playing doubles with his family of die-hard tennis fans. To stay active in the off-season, Max enjoys snowboarding and has a newly found interest in San Francisco’s kiteboarding scene.
