ANNA KOSCIELECKA joined PCGA as an Analyst in 2009. She is responsible for transactions execution and business development. Previously, she worked as an Analyst for Barrington Associates, the middle-market investment banking division of Wells Fargo Securities, LLC. In her role, she structured and executed M&A and financing transactions and performed lead generation.

Anna graduated from the Haas School of Business, University of California, Berkeley, where she earned a B.S. degree in Business Administration and completed Global Management Program. She also received a Masters of Law degree cum laude with a concentration in competition law from the Copernicus University in Poland. Additionally, Anna was a visiting scholar at Università Commerciale Bocconi in Milan, Italy and Universiteit Utrecht in the Netherlands, where she studied finance and international law. She is a recipient of the Zonta International Young Women in Business Award.

Anna enjoys a variety of sports, including skiing, swimming, cycling and hiking. She used to be a competitive ballroom dancer and swimmer. Anna is passionate about traveling, learning languages and experiencing new cultures, and she has lived in four different countries.
