ANNIRUDDHA JAIN (AJ) prior to the founding of PCGA worked at North Castle Partners, where he was responsible for investigation and lead generation of non-solicited deals, financial modeling and due diligence to assist in deal execution. He represented North Castle Partners at various national conferences in the ‘Healthy Living,’ industry where he played a crucial role in evaluating potential acquisition targets.

Before joining North Castle Partners, AJ was attending Pepperdine University’s Graziadio’s School of Business and Management, where he completed his Masters in Business Administration. AJ originally hails from New Delhi, India, where he worked at GE Capital International Services (GECIS) for five years before he moved to the United States for business school. During his tenure at GECIS, AJ had several diverse roles ranging from project management to portfolio management. Among his key accomplishments, AJ led a team of 20 associates servicing the $1.2 billion GE Commercial Equipment Financing portfolio, he managed the transition of GE Small Business Financing operations from the United States to India and was part of the pilot team that migrated the GE Auto Finance portfolio. AJ is a graduate of GECIS’s highly competitive internal leadership development program ‘Fastrax’ (1% selection rate). He also earned GECIS’s “Management Excellence Award” for exceptional people and process management skills. AJ holds a BA Honors degree in Economics from Delhi University, India.

As an avid sportsman, AJ played soccer in school and at University and was captain of his soccer teams. However, his real passion lies in motor sports where he has participated in over 20 off-road rallies, including the ‘Raid-De-Himalaya’ which is known to be India’s most prolific motorsports event and one of the toughest in the world. The course covers some of the harshest terrain on the planet, reaching heights of 17,500 feet. When he isn’t tearing up the race track, he enjoys biking, snow boarding and swimming.
