PARTNERSHIP CAPITAL GROWTH ACTED AS EXCLUSIVE FINANCIAL ADVISOR TO SUREFOOT Partnership Capital Growth has completed a refinancing for Surefoot, the world’s leading retailer in custom ski boots. Partnership Capital Growth acted as exclusive financial advisor to Surefoot. Surefoot founder and CEO Bob Shay hired PCGA in late 2007 to help the Company explore financing options, with the goal of supporting working capital needs and company expansion, as well as bringing in a strong lending partner. PCGA led an extensive upfront screening and diligence process, which culminated in Surefoot’s selection of a strong financing partner. The transaction closed in the first quarter of 2008.
