PARTNERSHIP CAPITAL GROWTH ACTED AS EXCLUSIVE FINANCIAL ADVISOR TO CYTOSPORT

TSG Consumer Partners has invested in CytoSport, a national leader in protein powders, functional ready-to-drinks and sports/performance beverages.  Partnership Capital Growth acted as exclusive financial advisor to CytoSport.

PCGA was hired in Q4 2006 as the exclusive advisor to CytoSport to help analyze the business and find the best investment growth partner.  Initially PCGA assisted management in consolidating three individual entities which began an efficient transaction process. TSG Consumer Partners, along with CytoSport founders Greg and Mike Pickett, led the recapitalization of the newly formed entity.  Partnership Capital Growth invested alongside the new shareholders in the transaction that closed in Q2 2007.
